Asus has announced its all new ASUS Pegasus 5000 smartphone in China. Highlight of this device is a massive 4850mAh battery capacity for long lasting battery backup. The Pegasus 5000 comes a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080) display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Phone powered by a 64-bit 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset couple with 2GB or 3GB of RAM.

The Pegasus 5000 has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, HDR mode and other basic features. It also has a 5 MP Front facing selfies camera. This smartphone comes with 16 GB internal storage that can be expandable upto 32GB via microSD card.
The ASUS Pegasus 5000 runs on Android 5.1 lollipop and Zen UI. This phone supports dual SIM and 4G TD-LTE , 3G band, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 version.

The Pegasus 5000 comes in Blue and Gold color with a price tag of 1,299 yuan (approximately US $197 / Rs. 13,400) for the 2GB RAM variant and 1,799 yuan (approximately US $273 / Rs. 18,500) for the 3GB RAM variant.
