The South Korean tech giant announced its new flagship, the Galaxy S22 Ultra on 9 February, along with Galaxy S22 and S22 plus. This time the company has made many big changes, due to which a major upgrade will be seen in the phone – an improved camera, a new front-and-back Gorilla Glass design, and all-new powerful AMD GPU. its starting price has been kept almost the same as last year. Now Galaxy S22 ultra is available starting price of $ 1,199.99 in the US.

The Samsung S22 Ultra is powered by snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip packed with 8GB and 12GB of RAM. Like it’s predecessor, S22 Ultra also available on 4nm Exynos 2200 chipset, phone is equipped a quad rear camera setup includes 108-megapixel wide-angle lens, 10-megapixel telephoto sensor, 12MP ultra-wide sensor and an another 10MP periscope telephoto lens. In addition, device has a 40MP (wide-angle) front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. In display department, phone equipped a 6.8 Inch AMOLED display of QHD+ resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and It also featured 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and gorilla glass protection.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with four storage options of on-board memory and two RAM options- 128GB, 256GB 512GB, 1TB and 8GB/12GB. Smartphone is not allowing SD-card slot for storage expansion. It runs on Android 12 with OneUI 4.1 skin on the top, upgradable to Android 13 with OneUI 5, S22 Ultra is fueled by 5000mAh non-removable battery with 45W fast wire charging, 15W wireless charging and also reverse Wireless charging support.

coming to connectivity segment, Samsung’s S22 Ultra supports 5G, VoLTE 4G, 3G, 2G networks. it also featured NFC, bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e, dual-band, hotspot. other specifications include an ultrasonic under display fingerprint reader, Like other flagships, this device is also not available with 3.5mm jack.

This Samsung device has available in these colour – Phantom Black, white, Burgundy, green, Graphite, Red, Sky Blue. The S22 Ultra is the top-end model of S22 series and it is starting at $1199.00 in US. For India, Galaxy S22 Ultra is priced at Rs 1,09,999 for the 12GB/256GB model, while the 12GB/512GB variant is priced at around Rs 1,18,999.
