Samsung has recently launched its new f-series budget smartphone called Galaxy F62. The phone comes with a flagship processor. This chipset was first launched by the company with the Galaxy Note 10 series as this processor is enabled with 5G capability and the Samsung’s other phones on this range are available with 5G, so it is a natural question that this Galaxy F62 phone 5G or not.
This smartphone runs on Samsung’s own 7nm Exynos 9825 Chipset which has a ability of 5G, although the Samsung Galaxy F62 does not offer 5G feature.
Specs – As far as its specifications are concerned, it featured a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2400) super AMOLED display, The device comes with two storage options – 6GB + 128GB and 8GB 128GB, Samsung F62 runs on Android 11 based on One UI 3.1 skin on the top. however, phone offers a side mounted fingerprint reader. the phone equipped a 32-megapixel selfie camera on punch-hole design on the front. On rear side, it supports a quad camera configuration includes a 64MP primary lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro sensor, and an another 5MP depth imager.
Samsung F62 has available in three colors variants – Laser green, Laser Grey, Laser Blue. the device sports a punch-hole cut-out design with large screen-to-body and slim bezels. Other highlight, The gradient-finished back panel houses a quad camera unit.
Smartphone is fueled by massive 7000mAh battery capacity with support of 25W fast charging. like other Samsung mobiles, F62 have the option of a Micro-SD card, 3.5mm headphone Jack, USB type-C, other Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS and radio.

A few days after the release of the phone, the company provided its first software update for the Galaxy F62. According to the report, the new firmware update brings some camera stability and performance improvements along with general bug fixes. The firmware comes with version number E625FDDU1AUB4 which is around 180MP in size.
